Marga and Lav: Friends
I also shot an FHM and Maxim cover girl when I was back home for fun and she brought her friend a long — the more, the merrier! I shot Marga Caser and her friend Lav Capuno at the Casa for some practice and it’s always fun shooting models that are friends. The atmosphere is immediately lighter and you don’t have to spend as much effort entertaining because they will entertain themselves.

Do Not Cross Paloma
I am way behind on my blogging because I’ve been spending every minute of my vacation here in my homeland of the Philippines with friends and family. Now, I have enough material to blog for the next few months! We went to so many cool places, did a lot of things, and I even managed to squeeze in a couple of really awesome shoots!
I’ll start off with our country’s sex guru, FHM Philippines’s Paloma. Ever since our first shoot over a year ago, we became really good friends and I will be hard-pressed not to shoot her when I visit. It has turned into a fun requirement. Now, Paloma is full-fledged celebrity, with a bunch of different endorsements and TV shows!
We did a little fun shoot with another very talented and a really good friend of mine, Joyce Platon of Make Up For Ever. She is also extremely gorgeous! I will dedicate another post just for her as well.
As mentioned before, this is my Paloma (@palomaesmeria) offering. For those who don’t know, Paloma is the sexy siren of the Philippine magazine/modeling industry. She’s Premiere Condom’s primary face (and body) and the resident FHM Philippines’ Sex Guru. She hosts, acts, and does a whole bunch of other things as well.
Not too many know, but she’s a real artist. She graduated the University of the Philippines’ Fine Arts program and she can hold her own in doing graphics.
Again, I shot her to show everyone that she’s just not a hoochie model. Underneath all those curves is real beauty of the female form. Sometimes we always see someone in a certain way and we tend to forget that everyone has lot more dimensions that we can see.
Like me, I may look all put together but… anyway… I digress…

I’ll take a break from my New York models to share some of my last shoots before I left the Philippines.
Paulene is definitely one of the sexiest personalities in the Philippines. She’s currently 3rd in FHM Philippines most viewed FHM Babe. She’s always a staple in the magazine’s 100 Hottest Celebrities issue since her debut around 4 years ago and is a car/trade show favorite promo model.
She happened to like my shots of her friend and FHM Sex Guru, Paloma (I’ll blog about her soon), and she wanted her own artistic sexy shots.
In these shots, again I took advantage of the natural light radiating from a big window in my room. Nothing too fancy. Just soft and honest. I try my best for my shots not to look hoochie. The trick is to make the pose look as natural as possible. I mean if you’re a girl, it’s already unnatural to wear lacey lingerie to bed, I don’t think sticking one’s butt out and pressing breast will help any.
